Customer should mention the reason in writing within 15 days of delivery of product with images of device & accessories to support@bsmedicom.com to be eligible for refund. Beyond which the claims will be rejected.

Devices returned should be in pristine condition without dirt, dent, scratch, missing, damage to device parts or any of the accessories supplied. Returned items will be verified by our technical team for quality checks and refund will be initiated with a deduction of Rs.1000/device, against service & handling charges.

Devices should be returned with original invoice copy, package and all accessories supplied along with. In case of any accessory damage, tampered, missing, refund will not be approved.

60 nos of HD 75 free batteries will be shipped after trial period ends.

Free pick up & shipping charges during warranty period is limited to 1 incidence in a year, for additional service requests customer will be liable to pay shipping charges.

We donate devices received on exchange offers to people who cannot afford hearing aids, hence request customers to exchange devices in working condition only.
