Shipping & Return policy
Shipping will be done within 2-3 working days from the date of receipt of payment.
Goods will be packed & shipped through one of our preferred logistics partner like Bluedart, DHL or any other local courier service depending upon the shipping address.

Wearables become part of our body & we do not sell an used product to our customers. Refund for purchased item is not applicable on any product.
Replacement of devices can be done for products, which are found defective when customer receives or models other than the ordered product.
Replacement of any defective product should be intimated by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt of the product, post which request is subject to rejection.
Product sent for replacement should be in original package with all accessories & original invoice copy, safely packed & sent by courier to the address mentioned in contact us page.
Product & its accessories should be in pristine condition without scratches, dirt, dent, damage of any part or cause for replacement to be approved
Replacement of product will be verified, approved & authorized based on the condition of the product & approved by our Authorized technicians.
Customers are requested to contact the respective seller/channel partner from whom the device is purchased for service or replacement related queries.
